She would call to check on us to make sure the company had shown up to clean. She was patient and understanding when I would call with my million questions. She never made me feel dumb or unknowledgeable. I toldy husband calling and talking to Leslie was as magical as calling and talking to Disneyworld. In a very stressful time, they were immensely helpful."
